Who is eligible to participate?
This offer is valid for members of both the Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) Priority Club Rewards (PCR) and Hilton HHonors Rewards as of 1/31/10.

What is the duration of the promotion?
Promotional offer is valid from February 1, 2010 through February 28, 2010.

What if I am a Priority Club Member, but not a Hilton member?
The 20,000 point value winners and the grand prize "Luckiest Loser" winner will be chosen from eligible current high point value Hilton HHonors members. However, if a PCR member is not a Hilton member, they can still enter the challenge and receive 1,000 PCR points.

How were the Hilton HHonors Lost Nights determined?
As of January 15, 2010, you will need about 20% percent more points on average to book a free night at a Hilton HHonors hotel. That is the combined effect of increased redemption requirements and raised "award" categories for many properties. The chart below shows how these changes could result in "lost" HHonors reward nights at several popular destinations.

How are the winners determined?
The entrant submitting the highest verified HHonors Point balance will be awarded 2,000,000 PCR Points. Additional awards of PCR points will be credited to the PCR accounts of the 20,000 entrants submitting the next highest verified HHonors Point balances, as follows: 20% of the Hilton HHonors Points shown on the statement submitted OR 20,000 PCR Points, whichever is lower.

When will the prizes be awarded?
All participants who successfully complete a competition entry will receive 1,000 PC Points in their account instantly. All other Priority Club Points awarded will be deposited in qualifying entrants' PCR accounts within approximately one month following the end of this promotion.

What if I prefer to gain back airline miles in lieu of points?
Mileage rewards will not be awarded in this promotion, regardless of the preference which may have been selected by the member. No substitution of awards will be permitted.

How will winners be notified?
The 20,000 top entrants will be notified via email and notified of the number of points that will be deposited in their Priority Club Rewards account. The potential recipient of 2,000,000 PCR Points will be notified by mail and will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Release of Liability and a Publicity Release within 7 days of attempted notification.

Why did I receive an error message when entering?
You may receive an error message if you have already entered the challenge, used the same PCR member number or entered it incorrectly.

How do I contact someone if I have a question or need help entering the promotion?
Please fill out the submission form and include your Priority Club Number and someone will respond to your request within 5 business days.

What if I've been asked to submit additional verification?
In order to be eligible to receive the 20% point value or the 2 million point Luckiest Loser prize, we must verify your balance and need a current copy of your online Hilton HHonors account activity showing your available HHonors Rewards Points.

How do I submit this additional verification?
You may: A) upload the statement on this website at the time you submit your entry; B) send a screenshot of your statement via email to priorityclubpromotion@ihg.com; C) send a print-out by fax to 770-642-8893; or D) send a print-out by first class mail to: Priority Club Rewards Luckiest Loser Competition; P.O. Box 157; Roswell GA, 30077, USA.

If submitting online, you can upload your Hilton HHonors activity statement as a JPEG file, a PDF, or a Microsoft Word document 10 MB or smaller. If submitting by email, please send as a JPEG file, a PDF, or a Microsoft Word document and include your full name (as it is listed on your Priority Club account) and your Priority Club Member number in the body of the email. If submitting by fax or mail, the print-out of your HHonors activity statement must be accompanied by a separate piece of paper on which you have printed your full name and your Priority Club Member number. Faxed and online submissions must be received by 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 2/28/10; mailed submissions must be received by 3/5/10. Limit one submission per PCR Member.
